Seniors Tony Weaver and Andy Wisne of the football team make a special surprise stop to visit with Scott, a muscular dystrophy patient, at Memorial Hospital Pediatric ICU on Friday, October 12th. Pediatric Oncology middle school students from Memorial Hospital and members of the women's basketball team on October 9, 2001 take part in some bowling. Student-athletes from four different teams turned out to bowl a few strikes, a few more gutter-balls, and roll in a lot of healing laughter.

The men's soccer team is surrounded by children at "Professor at Practice" night with on rainy October 4.
