NOTRE DAME, Ind. - The University of Notre Dame Department of Athletics will be holding an open call for public address announcers on Monday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. (ET) inside Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center. If selected, these announcers will be used at numerous Fighting Irish athletics events during the 2009-10 season, including women's basketball games.

Prior experience as a public address announcer is preferred, but not required. Interested parties must contact Stephanie Menio, Notre Dame's Coordinator of Women's Basketball Operations, in advance and e-mail her a resume (smenio@nd.edu) in order to be considered.
