A Northampton, Mass. native, Ryan Boudway is in his fifth year as assistant director of tickets with the Notre Dame athletics ticket office. In his current role, Boudway handles season ticket operations for football, as well as handles ticket operations for hockey. He also is in charge of membership for Club Naimoli in the Purcell Pavilion, as well as O'Brien's in the Compton Family Ice Arena.
Prior to his arrival at Notre Dame, Boudway worked as a ticket sales representative at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where he was in charge of running all aspects of the ticket office on game days for soccer, volleyball and women's basketball. He also worked as an intern for the 2005-06 athletic year in the Boston College ticket office, where he handled the customer service issues for the Golden Eagles ticket office, as well as conducted the student lottery for basketball season tickets and the Beanpot Hockey Tournament.
Before his work experience in the college ranks, Boudway gained experience at the professional sports level. He worked as a ticket sales representative for the Miami Heat, and then later served as a sales representative for the Miami Dolphins. He then worked for PrimeTime Media (Sports Radio 790 The Ticket), as their marketing intern, where he was responsible for creating and updating the Miami Dolphins advertising sales booklet for the radio station.
Boudway received his undergraduate degree from Babson College in 2000, and then later earned a Masters in Sports Management from Barry University in 2005. His wife Jeannette is coordinator of soccer operations for the Notre Dame women's soccer program. The couple makes their home in South Bend with their infant son Cal.
