Sue Halasz is the Senior Staff Assistant at the Compton Family Ice Arena. She has worked with the University since 2005.
Halasz previously worked at A Homestead Shoppe in Lapaz, Ind. as a wholesale home décor design coordinator before coming to Notre Dame. Prior to that she worked in retail while raising her family and has a 15-year background in accounting working in both banking and manufacturing in the South Bend and Mishawaka area.
Hailing originally from Lakeville, Ind., Halasz is married and resides in Lakeville with her husband James. They have two children, Hope, a 2012 graduate of Indiana University South Bend, and Glenn, a senior at Indiana University Bloomington.
In her spare time, Halasz enjoys singing in the church choir, attending various sporting events, traveling, and spending time with her family.
