Rachel Jones is in her first year as the employee services coordinator for the Notre Dame athletics department, having moved into that role in August 2011. Prior to that, she spent time as a customer service representative for the Fighting Irish athletics ticket office, and she has been a part of the Notre Dame staff since 2005.
Jones, a native of South Bend, Ind., was a certified dental assistant for eight years before changing careers and joining the athletic department. Jones received her bachelor's degree in film, television, and theatre from Notre Dame in 2002 and went on to receive her master's degree in educational leadership from Indiana University South Bend in 2009.
