Larry LeMaire, who has been a member of the University of Notre Dame staff since 2003, is a pool operator at the Rolfs Aquatic Center.
Prior to arriving at Notre Dame, LeMaire was an assistant aquatics director at Michiana YMCA, an elementary school teacher, an industrial artist, a machinist in a plastic injection molding plant, a material handler and a shipping technician.
LeMaire received his bachelor's degree in education from Indiana University in 1989.
LeMaire currently resides in South Bend, Ind., with his wife Teri. The couple has eight children.
