Ann Mason is entering her second year with the Game Management department. 2012 marks her first year working within the Event Management department as well.
Mason's responsibilities include acting as the main contact and game manager for the Olympic sporting events. She coordinates with the visiting teams for any needs they may have prior to travel, as well as requests they have once at Notre Dame for the competition. Mason assists in placing bids for, organizing, and running all NCAA and conference tournaments that are hosted on campus.
With the addition of Event Management, Mason will have a hand in assisting the director of the department with events that are held at the Joyce Center throughout the year.
Mason graduated from Saint Mary's College, and during her time there was a student manager for the 2006 Notre Dame football team and the 2007 and 2008 Fighting Irish Men's Lacrosse team. She graduated from Xavier University in December 2010 with a Masters in Sports Administration.
Mason hails from South Bend, Ind., and was born August 29, 1985.
