Tim O'Connor, or "Oak" as he is affectionately called around campus, started working at Notre Dame in 2004; he is a communications specialist within the Fighting Irish Digital Media department.
After graduating from Notre Dame in 2002 with a BFA in design, O'Connor began working full time at Whirlpool Corporation as a contractor. While at Whirlpool, he also was a print designer at Mossberg & Co. in South Bend.
O'Connor began working for AgencyND in 2004 as a graphic designer focusing on print work. He morphed into a web designer, and eventually made the transition over to Fighting Irish Digital Media in 2010.
O'Connor and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in South Bend with their son, Ian. In his spare time, O'Connor enjoys reading and learning about Notre Dame Football trivia and history; quote, "Fighting Irish Football is my favorite thing in the world that I'm not married to or the daddy of."
