Cynthia Stokes, who is a senior staff assistant, began working at the University of Notre Dame in 2003.

Stokes, who is a native of South Bend, Ind., is married to Charles Stokes. The couple has two daughters and two grandsons. In her free time, Stokes enjoys cooking, gardening, and shopping.
