Football:
Beginning in 2008, ISP Sports owns the radio rights to Notre Dame football games. Visiting stations planning to originate from Notre Dame Stadium are issued credentials by John Heisler following written confirmation of approval for the broadcast. Broadcast lines should be ordered through Carolyn Rush in the University Telecommunications office at (574) 631-7205.
The rights for live telecasts of Notre dame home football games through 2015 belong to NBC Sports. Visiting stations should coordinate any and all television plans through John Heisler. Television stations planning coverage for news broadcasts are issued credentials following written approval for any filming and/or videotaping.
Men's Basketball:
The radio rights to Notre dame basketball games are owned by Notre Dame Sports Properties (NDSP). Visiting stations planning to originate from the Joyce Center are issued credentials following written requests on letterhead that will grant approval for the broadcast. One regular line and an ISDN line are available to each visiting radio station. Additional broadcast lines should be ordered through University telecommunications manager Carolyn Rush at (574) 631-7205.
Women's Basketball:
The radio rights to Notre Dame basketball games are owned by Notre Dame Sports Properties (NDSP). Visiting radio stations planning to originate from the Joyce Center must contact Chris Masters, Assistant Sports Information Director, at least 72 hours prior to each game in order to obtain approval for the broadcast and proper credentials. One regular line and one ISDN line are available for use by visiting radio stations, with priority given to the visiting school's flagship broadcast outlet (as determined by its SID). Additional broadcast lines should be ordered through University telecommunications coordinator Carolyn Rush at (574) 631-7205.
Olympic Sports:
Radio stations wishing to broadcast any varsity Olympic sport must contact the teams respective Sports Information Director at least two weeks in advance in order to gain approval for, and to obtain the proper credentials and lines of communication for the broadcast.
