    AS A FRESHMAN: Saw extensive action in first season of competition, compiling a 22-19 record while fencing in all four regular season meets ... posted a 5-5 record in first collegiate tournament at the NYU Invitational, earning victories against Peter Cohen (5-3, Yale), Daniel Giles (5-4, North Carolina), Andrew Dobbie (5-4, St. John's), and Inaki de Guzman (5-4) and Bill Meyer (5-2) of Ohio State ... won four of his first five bouts at the St. John's Invite ... after losing first two bouts of the Northwestern Duals, rallied for two consecutive victories against Luke Politi of Princeton, 5-3, and Ben Riviere of Stanford, 5-2 ... took two of three bouts versus Duke opponents, besting Alessio Santoro (5-4) and Ted Cho (5-0) ... began DeCicco Duals with four consecutive victories against Paul Duchow (5-1) and Logan Eskew (5-2) of Cleveland State in addition to ousting Northwestern's Dan Hurwitz 5-3 and Allistair Murray 5-2 ... competed at NCAA Midwest Regionals, finishing sixth ... earned a monogram.
