AS A SENIOR: Turned in a 43-14 regular-season record, moving into sixth place in program history in career men’s sabre wins (161-83, .657) … ranks 14th in all-time wins in program history (all weapons) … placed sixth at the NCAA Midwest Regional, posting a 5-4 record on the day … came in eighth place at the ACC Championships during individual competition … went 7-2 during ACC team play to help the Irish men to their second straight ACC Championship … began the season with a 10-3 mark at the Penn Elite Invitational … went 17-3 at the Northwestern Duals … finished the regular season with a 9-6 mark at the Duke Duals … earned a monogram.

AS A JUNIOR: Strong competitor for the Irish, amassing a 38-25 record in his third season with the team ... began the year 6-5 at the Ohio State Elite Cup, and went on to log 8-7 and 3-6 records at the St. John's and NYU Invitationals respectively ... earned 9-3 mark at Northwestern Duals, before finishing the regular season 5-1 at the DeCicco Duals ... earned 4-3 mark at ACC Championship, helping the men's team clinch the team title ... in Columbus, Ohio, bested Pennsylvania's Sean Turner 5-4 before suffering a 5-2 loss to Isaac Buchwald ... won three bouts against Princeton foes, out-dueling Michael Wiest 5-1, Edward Chin 5-4 and Peter Pak 5-3 ... earned three losses against Penn State combatants and finished the tournament 2-1 against Ohio State bouters ... at St. John's, got off to a slow start but notably beat Harvard's Duncan O'Brien 5-2 and St. John's Andre Varmado Jr. 5-0 ... finished the tournament beating Columbia's Rienzi Goeka 5-2 ... at NYU Invite, narrowly lost to Yale's Hugh O'Cinneide 5-4 but went on to beat Ian Richards 5-0 and Alan Zhang 5-2 ... emerged victorious against Columbia's Will Spear (5-2) and Michael Josephs (5-2) ... again beat Varmado Jr. 5-3 ... finished the tournament beating NYU's Jerry Xu, 5-1, Quinten Burgunder, 5-3, and Stephan Teng 5-2 ... at Northwestern meet, beat Peter Pak and Michael Wiest 5-4 but suffered a 5-1 loss to Edward Chin ... bested two Pennsylvania combatants before going 2-1 against Stanford ... out-touched David Beam and Daniel Wolfson 5-3 but lost 5-4 to Logan Spear ... beat Air Force's Ryan Andrieux 5-3 and Emiliano Kaptain 5-4 ... finished the tournament with a 5-2 victory over Cal Tech's Colin Murphy ... at DeCicco Duals, bested Cleveland State's Matthew Gebbett 5-3 ... went undefeated against Wayne State ... only loss of the tournament came against Lawrence's Graham Jones, 5-4 ... finished with a 5-1 victory over Detroit's Chuck Neubecker ... in individual competition at ACC Championship, finished fourth with a 12-3 pool record, suffering a 15-14 semifinal loss to teammate Jonathan Fitzgerald and losing to Duke's Pascual Di Tella 15-11 in the third-place bout ... earned a monogram.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Placed 13th at NCAA Championships, earning 49-21 record on the year to improve career win-loss record to 80-44 ... began season with a 12-5 mark at the NYU Invitational, including a 3-0 sweep of Yale's Ian Richards (5-3), Hugh O'Cinneide (5-2) and Reed Srere (5-1) in first match ... won five of first six bouts at the St. John's Invite, besting Ohio State's Rhys Douglas (5-3), Nitikorn Dornhandaeng (5-1) and Alistair Delchamps (5-4) before out-dueling Penn State's Alex Schneller (5-3) and Adrian Bak (5-3) ... lost to savvy Nittany Lion contestant Kaito Streets, 5-1 ... bounced back from slow start at the Northwestern Duals by breezing through final three match-ups, including 3-0 sweep of Cal Tech's Marco Cruz-Heredia (5-0), Christopher Cousté (5-1) and Harrison Miller (5-2) ... posted impressive 11-3 record at the DeCicco Duals whilst cruising through final seven bouts ... at NCAA Midwest Regionals, earned the No. 1 seed but was upset by Ohio State's Fares Arfa, 15-8 to finish third ... earned a monogram.

AS A FRESHMAN: posted best record of any men's sabreist with a 36-23 record ... was Midwest Fencing Conference (MFC) Runner-Up ... competed at NCAA Championships, finishing in 18th place ... at the St. John's Invitational posted an 8-7 mark ... in his first bout as an Irishman, defeated Andrew McDonald of Ohio State 5-2 before being out-dueled by defending NCAA Champion Max Stearns, 5-3 ... dropped three bouts against Penn State, but won against Harvard's Alexander Ryjik with a 5-4 decision ... versus Columbia was undefeated, earning wins against Michael Josephs 5-4, Rienzi Gokea 5-1 and Geoffrey Loss 5-2 ... posted a nearly identical record at the NYU Invite the next day, going 8-6 ... notched a pair of 5-4 wins over Yale and bested William Zhao 5-2 ... after struggling against Columbia, won a match with North Carolina's Nate Wiecha five touches to two ... dropped a pair of 5-3 bouts to St. John's bouters, but came back strong and was undefeated against host NYU ... blanked Jerry Xu 5-0 and overpowered Stephan Teng 5-1 before escaping with a 5-4 victory over Patrick Glodkowski ... went 6-8 at the Northwestern Duals, his only losing record of the season ... notched a duet of 5-1 victories over Cal Tech, blanking Walter Mills 5-0 to go undefeated against the Beavers ... impressed at the Duke Duals, posting a 7-2 mark ... went 2-1 against Penn State, out-touching Kaito Streets and Pawel Puchalski 5-3 and 5-4, respectively ... was undefeated against Johns Hopkins ... versus host Duke, logged a 2-1 record, earning impressive wins over Eugene Chung 5-4 and Charles Copti, 5-3 ... was one of three sabreurs to go undefeated at the Notre Dame Duals, posting a perfect 7-0 record ... against Wayne State, blanked Adam Kessler 5-0 ... several bouts later, posted another 5-0 rout against Northwestern's John Kinol ... went back and forth with Lawrence's Graham Jones before finally gaining the upper hand and advancing 5-3 ... finished the day with two wins against Air Force, besting Ryan Redhead 5-3 and Emiliano Kaptain 5-1 ... at MFC Championships, finished pool play 6-0 with a +22 indicator ... earned lopsided wins against Keith Goodwin (Oakland) 15-4, Christopher Edwards (Iowa) 15-10 and Jones (Lawrence) 15-1 ... went back and forth with Irish teammate Kevin Hassett before winning 15-14 to advance into the semifinals against Nikita Silantyev (Wayne State) ... kept his poise and won, 15-11, to advance into the final bout ... fell to top-seeded Stearns of Ohio State 15-9 but copped First Team All-MFC Honors ... at the NCAA Midwest Regional the following week earned the first-place finish and automatic qualifying berth to the Championships with a 12-1 record ... competed in a fence-off with fellow teammate Jason Choy, narrowly winning 5-4 ... in San Antonio, started the competition 5-2 after the first round ... finished in 18th place with a 9-14 overall mark.
