AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in all four throwing events during his second season (shot put, discus, hammer, weight) ... best shot put throw came at the Meyo Invitational with a distance of 15.53m, good for second in his finals flight and 11th overall ... placed third at the Purdue Mike Poehlein Invitational in the discus throw with his best mark of the season at 47.66m ... brought home ninth in the hammer throw at the Purdue Dave Rankin Invitational with his best distance in that event at 48.52m ... earned best weight throw of the year at the Notre Dame Invitational, hitting a mark of 15.78m and finishing seventh overall ... finished fourth in the discus at the Gina Relays with a mark of 47.47m.
AS A FRESHMAN: Started his Notre Dame career at the Blue and Gold Invitational in the shot put (12.51m) ... competed in the weight throw (11.85m) and shot put (13.56m) at the Notre Dame Indoor Opener ... two personal bests at the Notre Dame Invitational: weight throw (13.30m) and shot put (13.84m) ... a throw of 13.44m in the shot put at the Meyo Invitational ... launched a 13.32m shot put throw at the Alex Wilson Invitational ... at the Arizona State Invitational he threw 14.47m in the shot put 14.47m and 46.36m in the discuss throw ... marked a 46.34m discuss throw at the Mike Poehlein Invitational ... had a discus throw of 46.97m and a shot put of 14.93m, a personal best, at the Border Battle ... nabbed a personal best in the discuss throw at the Dave Ranking Invitational (47.02m) and threw the shot put 14.79m ... concluded season at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships, shot put 14.83m and discus throw of 44.52m.
