Fighting Irish teams look to return to the top of the BIG EAST and make a splash on national level in 2012.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in eight meets during the track and field season ... finished fifth in the decathlon at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships ... finished third in the long jump (6.48m), 100m dash (11.58) and 1,500m run (4:47.36) and second in the high jump (1.89m) and 400m dash (50.61) ... placed seventh in the heptathlon at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships, with best performance coming in the high jump (T-4th, 1.90m) ... earned a monogram.
AS A FRESHMAN:Opened the indoor season at the Blue and Gold Invitational competing in the 1,600 relay that finished in 3:30.13 (eighth place) ... also competed in the high jump and finished third (1.81m) ... also placed third in the shot put (8.98m) ...competed in the heptathlon and totaled 2,582 points for first placeat the Meyo Invitational, taking first in two events at the meet: high jump (1.86m) and 60 7.20) ... ran the 400 in 52.89 (26th place) at the Purdue Invitational.
