AS A JUNIOR (Cross Country): Continued stellar career as a junior, earning all-conference and all-region accolades while competing in five meets during the cross country season ... earned all-BIG EAST honors after finishing 12th out of 123 runners at the 8K BIG EAST Championships (23:55.4) ... turned in solid performance at the Great Lakes Regional meet, finishing 17th out of 211 runners on the 10K course (30:41.3) ... finished first on the team at the NCAA National Championships, placing 105th out of 255 runners on the 10K course (30:49.7) ... opened year at the Notre Dame Invitational, crossing the finish line 73rd out of 205 runners in the 8K blue race (25:11) ... placed 76th out of 270 runners at the 8K Wisconsin Invitational (24:41.0) in the last tune-up before the conference meet.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Competed in six cross country meets during the season ... placed eighth at the National Catholic Championships (25:00) ... finished 16th in the Great Lakes Regional 10K event (30.42:01) ... also competed at the NCAA Championships ... participated in 13 meets during the track and field season, earning All-American status in the 4,000m distance medley relay and winning four BIG EAST titles ... finished ninth in the 1,500m at the NCAA Championships (3:45.53), missing All-America honors by one place ... finished third at the NCAA East Regionals (3:46.75) to qualify for nationals ... won a pair of BIG EAST Outdoor titles, winning the 1,500m in 3:46.38 and helping the 4x800m relay team to victory in 7:24.91 ... ... ran a leg on the 4,000m distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the NCAA Indoor Championships (9:30.16, ND record), earning All-America honors ... won two more BIG EAST titles at the indoor championships, claiming the mile title (4:08.01) and the 4x800m relay (7:25.31) ... ran a leg of the 4x1,600m relay team that placed second at the outdoor Drake Relays (16:38.99) ... placed second at the outdoor Mt.
