NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Just a week removed from the end of the 2011-12 track and field season, six Notre Dame student-athletes are heading to Bloomington, Ind., and the 2012 USA Junior Outdoor Championships.

The Barber twins are competing in the same meets they competed in at last weekend’s NCAA Outdoor Championships. Jade will compete in the first round of the 100m hurdles at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday. Kaila opens the first round of the 400m hurdles at 5:20 p.m. on Friday.

Kildoo competes in the 10,000m run at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday night, while Mesidor is slated to open the long jump competition at 5 p.m. on Friday.
