2012 Cross Country Season:Ran in the last five meets of the cross country season, including at BIG EAST, NCAA Great Lakes Regional and the NCAA Championships ... finished second on team and 117th overall out of 245 runners at the 10K NCAA Championships (30:53.5) ... earned all-region honors after finishing 23rd overall out of 201 runners at the 10K NCAA Great Lakes Regional (31:46) ... finished third on team in helping the Irish to a fifth place finish out of 30 teams ... also earned all-BIG EAST honors after taking 14th out of 114 runners at the 10K BIG EAST Championships (24:58.42) ... placed third on team and helped Notre Dame take third out of 14 teams ... opened year with a 26th place finish out of 163 runners in the five mile blue race at the Notre Dame Invitational (24:16) ... closed out regular season by running in the 8K Wisconsin Invitational.
AS A JUNIOR: Ran in six meets during the cross country season ... finished 27th out of 123 runners at the 8K BIG EAST Championships (24:19.8) ... placed 35th out of 211 runners at the 10K Great Lakes Regional (31:06.7) ... also ran for the Irish at the NCAA National Championships (31:10.2) ... had a pair of top-50 finishes to open the year, placing 43rd out of 255 runners at the 8K National Catholic Championships (25:44) and 41st out of 205 runners in the 8K blue race at the Notre Dame Invitational (24:51) ... warmed up for the conference meet with a 93rd place finish out of 270 runners at the 8K Wisconsin Invitational (24:45.8) ... earned a monogram ... competed in seven indoor tracks meets for the Irish ... assisted the Irish to additional first-place finishes in the 4x800m relay (7:41.30) and the 3,000m run (8:21.69) ... placed fifth in the mile (4:11.68) at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships ... placed third in the mile at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational (4:00.93) and in the 5,000m run at the Notre Dame Blue & Gold Invitational (14:33.14) ... was named a team captain prior to the beginning of the season with Jordan Carlson ... earned a monogram.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Ran in one cross country meet, finishing fifth at the National Catholic Championships ... competed in 12 meets during the track and field season ... participated in the 1,500m at the NCAA East Regionals ... earned four points for the Irish at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships with a fifth place finish in the 1,500m ... earned All-BIG EAST accolades in the mile race at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships after finishing third in 4:09.60 ... helped 4x1,600m relay team place second at the outdoor Drake Relays in 16:38.99 ... earned a monogram in track and field.
