AS A JUNIOR: Ran in two meets for the Irish on the season...helped the team to a first place showing at the Valparaiso Invitational and crossed the finish line in 20:30 to earn a 10th place individual finish...also helped the Irish clinch the victory at the Notre Dame Invitational where he finished in a time of 26:45, earning the 102nd spot individually.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Did not race for the Irish cross country team.
AS A FRESHMAN: Competed in first four races of the campaign for the Irish...earned a 9th place individual finish at the Valparaiso Invitational, finishing in a time of 26:30 and helping the Irish claim the victory at the meet...finished 18th at the National Catholic in a time of 25:51, helping the Notre Dame team earn a second place overall finish...assisted in the Irish finishing second place (out of 25 teams) at the Notre Dame Invitational, earning an individual finish of 11th with a time of 25:21...ended his season at the Pre-National Invitational where he finished in 26th place as an individual with a finishing time of 26:05 and helping the team earn a second place finish (out of 34).
HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL: Competed in cross country, track and field and basketball while attending Novi High School...earned letters all four years in both track and cross country...earned all-city, all-conference and all-state honors in his sophomore through senior campaigns of cross country, as well as being elected team captain his junior and senior years...was nationally ranked during his senior year as well.
