Men's Cross Country won the National Catholic Invitational at Notre Dame Golf Course on September 17th.
AS A FIFTH-YEAR STUDENT: Competed in six of the seven meets during the cross country season ... finished fifth out of 91 runners in the National Catholic Championship 5M (25:05.8) ... finished fifth out of 209 runners in the Notre Dame Invitational 5M (24:33.9), a performance that earned him ACC Performer of the Week ... placed 45th out of 288 runners in the Wisconsin Invitational 8K (23:58) ... took 11th out of 129 runners in the ACC Championship 8K (24:21.8), earning All-ACC honors ... earned All-Region honors after placing fifth out of 207 runners in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 10K (30:22) ... finished 84th out of 254 runners in the NCAA Championship 10K (31:11.1) ... earned a cross country monogram ... competed in four meets during the indoor track & field season ... was an integral part of the Irish's ACC indoor champion distance medley relay team ... capped an excellent indoor season with a ninth place finish among 10 runners at the NCAA Indoor Championships one mile run (4:05.07).
