    AT NOTRE DAME: One-year monogram winner ... had played in one career game before breakout junior campaign ... displays plus arm and ability to block ... solid catch and throw player ... needs to continue development as a hitter ... has terrific leadership skills and is a co-captain with fellow senior Sean Fitzgerald ... tough, hard-nosed player ... similar in terms of work ethic, desire to succeed and competitiveness to older brother, Cole, who graduated in 2011 as a four-year monogram winner ... carried a 3.270 cumulative GPA into the 2014 spring semester.

    FRESHMAN SEASON (2011): Appeared in one game as a defensive substitute against Seattle on Feb. 26.
