    FRESHMAN SEASON (2010-11): Had a solid rookie campaign for the Fighting Irish ... played in all 34 games, including six starts ... received the team's Outstanding Playmaker Award ... averaged 5.8 points, 3.2 assists and 1.8 rebounds per game ... his assist average ranked second on the team ... boasted a 2.56 assist-to-turnover ratio, which ranked first among all BIG EAST players and 20th nationally ... his 21 steals ranked third among all Irish players ... led the team in assists 10 times and in scoring twice ... averaged 25.4 minutes per game ... scored in double-figures seven times ... season-high total for made three-pointers was two, which occurred five times ... registered five or more assists 10 times ... had back-to-back double-digit scoring efforts against Liberty (10) and Chicago State (12) in the second and third games of the season, respectively ... became the first Irish rookie since Luke Harangody in 2006-07 to reach double-figures in points in consecutive games ... made his first start in the Chicago State contest ... had 12 points in a win over Wisconsin in the title game of the Old Spice Classic ... tallied 12 points and a season-high seven rebounds in a triumph of Gonzaga ... his other five starts of the season occurred in BIG EAST play ... played a season-high 39 minutes in back-to-back games versus Connecticut and St. John's ... dished out a season-high seven assists at St. John's ... made a season-high eight free throws (on 10 attempts) against the Red Storm ... also matched a season-best total with three steals against St. John's ... scored a season-best 15 points at Marquette ... had 11 points and five assists in a win over Cincinnati ... netted 12 points in a home win over Marquette ... matched a season-best total with seven assists at USF ... had eight points in a win over Akron in the second round of the NCAA Tournament ... posted seven points, five rebounds and five assists against Florida State in the third round of the NCAA tournament.
