of Tony Fisher and Terrance Howard . . .is one of the

AS A SOPHOMORE: Saw action against Arizona State at the tailback

in the '00 Blue-Gold game.
AS A FRESHMAN: Did not see action as a freshman tailback . . . was one
of three (along with Matthew Sarb and John Crowther) walk-ons taken as a
freshman in '98 . . . carried the ball three times for 17 yards in the
'99 Blue-Gold game.
HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA: Was a two-year starter at tailback for
Athens High School in Troy, Mich. . . . rushed for 1,634 yards and
scored 12 touchdowns in his career . . . had over 2,000 rushing and
receiving yards . . .averaged 7.2 yards per carry in high school . . .
team captain and MVP as a senior . . .all-league and all-area selection
at tailback . . . honorable mention Academic All-State selection . . .
voted Best Male Athlete at Athens High School . . . as a junior ranked
as one of the top five underclassmen in the country by the Oakland Press
