NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Four football student-athletes--linebacker Tevon Coney, defensive lineman Micah Dew-Treadway, offensive lineman Tristen Hoge and defensive lineman Jerry Tillery--have signed scholarship agreements with the University of Notre Dame and will begin taking classes at the University Tuesday (Jan. 13).
The four new additions represent four states--one each from Florida, Idaho, Illinois and Louisiana. As listed by group, Notre Dame adds two power players and two big skill players. As listed by position, Notre Dame adds two defensive linemen, one offensive lineman and one linebacker.
All four players will participate in Notre Dame's spring football practices that begin March 2.

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (Palm Beach Gardens High School)
First-team linebacker on Palm Beach Post all-area squad and Class 8A all-conference team for 2014 ... made 136 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, two interceptions and two fumble recoveries as a senior in 2014 for Palm Beach Gardens High School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida ... helped Palm Beach Gardens to a 6-6 record in 2014 ... led the Gators with a team-high 172 tackles, 14 sacks, six forced fumbles and two interceptions as a junior in 2013 while helping Palm Beach Gardens reach the Florida Class 8A semifinals as a junior in 2013 ... second-team Florida 8A all-state, first-team all-county and all-conference 8A pick as junior in 2013 ... played in the Under Armour All-America Game in St. Petersburg, Florida ... enrolled at Notre Dame, will begin taking classes in January 2015 and will participate in 2015 spring drills with the Irish ... played for coach Rob Freeman.
Bolingbrook, Illinois (Bolingbrook High School)
