NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Six members of the 2000 Notre Dame football squad have been invited to the National Football League's Combine Timing and Testing sessions to be held Feb. 22-26 at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis, Ind.
Invited Irish players are:
Inside linebacker Anthony Denman (second-team Associated Press All-American in 2000, Irish leader in tackles with 84 and tackles for loss with 14, 26 career starts).
Free safety Tony Driver (second on team in 2000 with 65 tackles, returned two fumbles for TDs, 19 career starts, played tailback as freshman and junior).
Offensive guard Mike Gandy (The Sporting News third-team All-American, 26 straight starts to finish his career).
Tight end Jabari Holloway (41 career catches for 692 yards, seven TDs, 38 career starts).
Tight end Dan O'Leary (32 career catches for 383 yards, four TDs, 16 career starts)
Cornerback Brock Williams (49 tackles, one interception in 2000, 20 career starts).
