NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Notre Dame tight end Kyle Rudolph and wide receiver Michael Floyd both received more postseason accolades as Phil Steele placed Rudolph on his all-freshman first team and Floyd on the second team.

Rudolph has now been named an all-freshman first team performer by Sporting News, CollegeFootballNews.com and Phil Steele. Floyd has earned all-freshman second team honors from Sporting News, CollegeFootballNews.com, Rivals.com and Phil Steele.

Rudolph set school records for a freshman tight end by recording 25 receptions for 262 yards. The Cincinnati, Ohio, native added two touchdowns and started all 12 games for the Irish. Rudolph became the first Notre Dame player to start the season opener of his freshman season at tight end.

Floyd broke Notre Dame's single-season receiving records by a freshman this year with 46 catches for 702 yards and seven touchdowns. Despite missing all but three plays of the final three games, he still ranked second on the team in receiving yards behind Golden Tate and he tied for team-high honors in receiving touchdowns.
