The
sole purpose of the strength and conditioning staff at the University of
Notre Dame is to help physically prepare the entire athletic population
by safe and productive means.
To provide a complete program that covers
all the facets of physical training, which includes strength and power
development, speed-quickness, agility-conditioning, flexibility, nutritional quidance,
and all other pertinent information.
Our goal is to provide the
student-athletes with the best strength and conditioning program in the country.
In all of our endeavors, we are committed to the principles of ethical conduct,
