Philosophy
The Notre Dame Way of training
is based on the principle of progressive overload. The "Notre Dame
Way" is a periodic, year-round plan which covers all facets of sport specific
training. All facets of training are emphasized to help maximize
each athlete's genetic potential. The "Notre Dame Way" of training
is a demanding aggressive, enthusiastic approach to training. The
"Notre Dame Way" of training provides the student athlete with comprehensive,
sport specific program to help each athlete participate at the highest
level of competition.
