AS A JUNIOR (2013): Started all 16 games in Notre Dame's close defense and helped the team rank 10th nationally in goals-against average (8.31) ... that figure ranked first among all BIG EAST teams ... the Fighting Irish also ranked 10th nationally - and first in the BIG EAST - in man-down defense (.737) ... picked up 25 ground balls ... the Irish defense held No. 4 Duke to just five goals in a 13-5 season-opening victory ... the Notre Dame defense limited No. 8 Ohio State to just four goals in a 9-4 Fighting Irish win ... scooped up a career-high three ground balls on four occasions (Denver, Villanova, Syracuse, Detroit) ... earned his first monogram.
