Notre Dame beat Villanova 13 goals to 9 on Saturday, April 20th in Arlotta Stadium.

One of the top short-stick defensive midfielders in the country ... will serve as a team captain during the 2015 campaign ... earned honorable mention All-America accolades (USILA) as a junior ... has been a key contributor for the Irish during his first three seasons ... has notched 12 goals, seven assists and 69 ground balls in 48 career games ... three monograms ... selected by the Rochester Rattlers in the first round (seventh overall) of the 2015 MLL Collegiate Draft.

AS A JUNIOR (2014): Received honorable mention All-America accolades from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) ... played in all 18 games ... career-high marks for goals (9) and assists (6) while also bolstering Notre Dame's short-stick defensive midfield unit ... picked up a career-best 30 ground balls ... assisted on a goal in the 19-7 season-opening win at Jacksonville ... picked up a career-high tying four ground balls against Penn State ... gave Notre Dame its first lead of the game (10-9) in the 11-10 come-from-behind victory at North Carolina in the ACC opener ... produced a goal and an assist in the 13-7 win at Ohio State ... deposited a goal in the 11-10 setback at Syracuse ... scored in the third straight game when he found the back of the net in the 15-7 loss to Duke ... notched a goal in the 12-8 regular-season setback to Maryland ... posted a career-high two assists, including the one on Matt Kavanagh's game winner in the final seconds of regulation, in the 6-5 triumph over Maryland in the semifinals of the ACC Championship ... netted Notre Dame's final goal in the 15-14 victory over Syracuse in the title game of the ACC Championship ... had three ground balls against the Orange ... scored two goals and tied a career-best mark with four ground balls in the 18-17 win over Army ... tallied a goal in the 13-5 win over Harvard in the first round of the NCAA Championship ... assisted on goals in NCAA tournament wins over Albany (quarterfinals) and Maryland (semifinals) ...earned his third monogram.

AS A FRESHMAN (2012): Had a solid rookie campaign with the Irish ... played in all 16 games as a short-stick defensive midfielder ... helped Notre Dame boast the nation's top defensive unit as the Irish allowed just 6.31 goals per game ... scored one goal and picked up 18 ground balls ... attempted seven shots ... picked up a season-high three ground balls in a 9-1 win over Providence ... netted his first career goal in a 13-7 win over Yale in the first round of the NCAA Championship ... that tally gave the Irish a 4-0 lead over the Bulldogs in the opening quarter ... earned a monogram.
