    Returns to the Fighting Irish for a fifth season ... will serve as one of four team captains during the 2013 campaign ... first team all-BIG EAST in 2012 ... has played in 48 career games, including 45 starts in the Irish attack ... 74 points on 54 goals and 20 assists ... all of those offensive figures are the most for any returning Notre Dame player ... 46 ground balls ... has earned three monograms ... a key veteran player for the Irish and a leader on the attack unit ... a lefty ... a very poised and mature player ... due to an injury he was limited to just one game during his freshman season.
