AS A JUNIOR (2016)

  • Named a Third Team All-American Goalie by USILA.
  • Earned All-ACC honors for his standout season.
  • Three-time ACC Defensive Player of the Week selection for his performances against Georgetown (2/20), Virginia (3/19) and Army
  • Started every game in goal for the Irish during the 2016 campaign, making 144 saves on the season, while allowing 112 goals (.562 save pct.). Also tallied 36 ground balls and caused five turnovers.
  • Finished the season with an 11-4 record.
  • Doss was named a Third Team All-American Goalie by USILA.
  • He was also named the ACC Defensive player of the week three times for his performances against Georgetown, Virginia, and Army.
  • Doss was also named to the All-ACC Team.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015): Played in 15 games, including 14 starts ... made 148 saves and allowed 123 goals in his second season with the Irish ... made crucial saves in home victories against Syracuse and North Carolina ... in home victory against Ohio State led the Irish by not allowing a single goal ... had an individual game high against Duke with 17 saves helping lead the team to a 15-10 win... earned his second monogram.

AS A FRESHMAN (2014): Played in nine games, including seven starts ... posted a 5-3 record in goal ... made 57 saves and allowed 62 goals ... registered an 8.53 goals-against average and a .479 save percentage ... 15 ground balls ... made his debut in the season opener at Jacksonville ... played the entire fourth quarter and made one save and surrendered three goals in the 19-7 win over the Dolphins ... came off the bench to play the final 51:06 of the 11-10 come-from-behind victory at North Carolina in the ACC opener ... picked up the win against the Tar Heels as he made 10 saves and allowed just six goals ... started seven straight games beginning with the Denver contest ... made eight saves in the 10-7 setback to the Pioneers ... stopped nine shots in the 18-9 win over Virginia ... had five saves in the 13-7 triumph at Ohio State ... made a season-high 11 saves in the 11-10 setback at Syracuse ... started and played 25:36 in the regular-season clash with Duke ... had five saves, while allowing six goals to the Blue Devils ... saved five shots in the 12-7 victory at Marquette ... allowed just three goals and made three saves in 44:13 between the pipes in the 15-5 win over Robert Morris ... earned a monogram. PREP AND PERSONAL: Earned All-America honors from US Lacrosse as a senior ... named to the 2013 National Interscholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association (NILCA) All-America Second Team ... rated as the nation's 10th-best goalie in the class of 2013 according to Inside Lacrosse ... No. 86 overall on Inside Lacrosse's Power 100 Freshmen ... copped third-team all-state honors as a senior along with being named first team all-Group, first team all-Gibbs Conference and first team all-Essex County ... as a junior, he was named first team all-Group and second team all-Essex County ... Glen Ridge team MVP as a senior and was the team's defensive MVP as a junior ... Under Armour Underclassman All-American (Team New Jersey) ... Nike Blue Chip Camp as a rising sophomore and junior ... made 450 career saves and boasted a .627 save percentage ... 54 ground balls ... 2011 Group 1 state champions ... two-time Essex County champions (2011 & 2012) ... earned four varsity letters and was a senior captain for both his lacrosse and football teams ... son of Lance and Terry Doss ... enrolled in the Mendoza College of Business as a marketing major.
