Manchester, England - The Notre Dame men's lacrosse team remained undefeated and improved to 4-0 on its British Tour. The Irish defeated the English National Team 9-8 on Wednesday at the Wilmslow Lacrosse Club located in a suburb outside of Manhester.

Senior Tom Glatzel and freshman Dan Berger scored two goals each, while senior Todd Ulrich netted the game-winner in the fourth quarter. Stewart Crosland played the entire game in goal for the Irish and came up with key stops throughout the entire match.

The game was played under less than ideal conditions as both teams had to contend with windy conditions and pouring rain throughout the entire match.

Notre Dame will conclude its 10-day tour on Friday (June 8) when the Irish will take on Trinity College.
