Followers of the University of Notre Dame men's and women's track and field teams will get a chance to follow the action at the 2001 BIG EAST Indoor Championship live on the world wide web this weekend (Feb. 17 and 18 - competition runs all day).

The 2001 Championship broadcast is being produced by TrackMeets.com through a joint venture with the BIG EAST conference. The broadcast is available at:

and a link has been established at the BIG EAST official website, www.BIGEAST.org.

High speed internet access (cable modem, ISDN, T1, campus ethernet, etc.) is recommended when picking up the broadcast. A Windows MediaPlayer is also necessary. It is best viewed using the most recent version of the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser, which is highly recommended.
