AS A SOPHOMORE: Will compete for a starting spot in the Irish defense • earned a monogram his freshman season • worked hard and played well his rookie campaign and looks to carry that over into this year • played in the middle of the backline during the spring and performed very well.

AS A FRESHMAN: Solid rookie campaign as he came off the bench in 12 matches during the 2004 season • tallied one goal in 251 minutes of play • was used at both midfield and forward, with most of his time coming at forward to provide depth due to an injury to starter Tony Megna • netted first-career goal versus Connecticut on an assist from Justin McGeeney to provide insurance in Notre Dame's 2-0 victory • copped Co-BIG EAST Rookie of the Week honors on Nov. 1 for his efforts against the Huskies • earned a monogram • named to the 2004-05 BIG EAST Academic All-Star Team.

HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA: Concluded prep career by scoring 12 goals and dishing off 14 assists en route to leading Dr. Challoner's to a state championship • 2003 team captain and MVP, also earned All-England and all-state honors • selected to play on a team of English prep stars that took on international competition • earned two letters in cricket while in high school • born April 30, 1986 • son of Gordon and Kathryn Mousinho • a history major • Dean's List member during the fall 2004 and spring 2005 semesters • carries a 3.705 cumulative grade-point average.
