The University of Notre Dame men's soccer team (15-3-3) will face Wisconsin-Milwaukee (16-5-1) in the second round of the 2003 NCAA Championship at Alumni Field on Wednesday, Nov. 26 (7 p.m.).

The Irish, ranked third in the nation and coming off their BIG EAST Championship on Nov. 16, are the fifth seed in the NCAA tournament. The team received a bye in the first round, while UW-Milwaukee moved on by defeating Western Michigan 4-1 Saturday evening.

Notre Dame will serve as the host for NCAA tournament action for the second-straight season. This year marks the first time the Irish have received a first round bye in the championship.
