AS A SOPHOMORE: Swam the butterfly leg of the 400 medley relay that set a new Notre Dame record in an NCAA B-cut time of 3:15.10 ... recorded five top-eight performances at the BIG EAST Championships ... individual performances included a silver medal in the 200 IM (1:47.42), a bronze medal in the 100 fly (48.26) and a fifth-place finish in the 200 fly (1:48.40) ... the 200 IM and 100 fly performances were both NCAA B-cut times ... the 100 fly showing was good for a career-best time and the fifth fastest 100 fly swim in Notre Dame history ... became the second fastest performer in school history in the 100-fly with the performance ... the swim of 1:47.42 in the 200 IM was the second fastest time in school history ... the two relay performances included a silver medal in the 800 free relay (in an NCAA B-cut performance of 6:29.10) and a bronze in the 400 medley relay ... came within a second of setting a new personal-best time in the 200 free with his 1:42.70 performance against Pittsburgh ... top 400 IM time on the season came at the Shamrock Invitational with a 4:00.73.
