The men and women's swimming and diving teams hosted Purdue on November 6th at the Rolfs Aquatic Center.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Anchored the 200 medley relay in route to a school record of 1:28.86 at the BIG EAST Championships ... that performance was an NCAA B-cut ... amassed a total of six top-eight finishes at the league championships including three individual and three relay performances ... earned a sixth-place finish in the 100 free (44.97), a seventh-place finish in the 200 free (1:39.70) and another seventh-place finish in the 50 free (20.47) ... relay showings included being a member of the second-place 800 free relay, the fourth-place 200 free relay and the fourth-place 200 medley relay, all of which were NCAA B-cut times ... set two personal-best times in the preliminary sessions of the 50 free (20.41) and the 100 free (44.68) ... just under three tenths of a second away from a personal best in the 200 free ... competed in 20 individual freestyle events over the course of the season.
AS A FRESHMAN: Performed primarily as a freestyler and secured three personal bests during the BIG EAST Championships ... personal bests include performances in the final session of the 50 free (20.79) and the 200 free (1:38.80) and in the preliminary session of the 100 free (45.60) ... career best in the 500 free came at the Ohio State Invitational with a time of 4:35.12 in the preliminary session ... collected six top three finishes on the dual meet season ... took home second in the 200 and 500 free in a tri-meet with Cleveland State and Miami (Ohio) for his best regular season performance.
