Bulfin Finishes Near Top Of Diving Field In One-Meter Event

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Michael Bulfin shelved a sixth-place showing in the 1-meter event Saturday at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion to wrap up the meet as the University of Notre Dame's top male finisher. Bulfin, a junior, posted scores of 305.85 and 333.70 over the two rounds to total 639.55 points. Sam Stoner (571.65) was 12th and Steven Crowe (545.60) secured an 18th place finish. Participants for the NCAA Diving Championships will be released on Sunday (March 15).
