WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - John Lytle and Petar Petrovic both earned a pair of first-place finishes but the Notre Dame men's swimming and diving team fell by a 105-195 margin to Purdue at the Boilermaker Aquatic Center on Friday.

Notre Dame (3-1) hits the water again in one week with a dual meet at Pittsburgh (Nov. 13). The meet begins at 4:30 p.m. (ET).

400 Medley Relay: Notre Dame's `B' squad was third in 1:33.82 ... that group consisted of Kevin Overholt, Bill Bass, MacKenzie LeBlanc and Joshua Nosal.

1,650 Free: Michael Sullivan (15:57.87) was fourth overall.

200 Free: John Lytle took first in 1:40.32 while Andrew Hoffman (1:41.34) was fourth.

100 Back: Petrovic won the first of his two races in 50.33.

100 Breast: Notre Dame's highest finisher was Christopher Johnson, who was third in 57.57.

200 Fly: LeBlanc (1:51.72) was second, just one spot ahead of Wesley Mullins (1:54.30).

50 Free: Overholt (21.09) was third while Nosal earned points with a six-place finish in 21.63.

100 Free: Lytle's second win came in 45.75 ... Hoffman was two spots behind after going 46.60.

200 Back: Petrovic touched first in 1:51.27 ... Sullivan was a close second in 1:51.40.

500 Free: Ryan Belecanech paced the Irish with a fourth-place showing in 4:42.54.

100 Fly: LeBlanc (50.94) was fifth and Bass (51.52) was sixth overall.

400 Individual Medley: Sullivan (4:03.84) was second in the final individual race of the night.

200 Free Relay: The relay squad of Lytle, Overholt, Nosal and Hoffman brought home the gold in 1:22.98.

1-meter Diving: Caleb Dunnichay was the highest finishing Irish diver ... he was third with 310.58 points.

3-meter Diving: A fifth-place showing by Dunnichay (303.68) was Notre Dame's best in the event.
