Notre Dame Wins a Pair of Duals
The Irish Improve to 3-0
NOTRE DAME, Ind. --- The University of Notre Dame men's tennis team
improved its record to 3-0 this season with a pair of dual match wins at the Eck
Tennis Pavilion on Saturday. Notre Dame, ranked No. 23 in the country, defeated
DePaul by a 5-1 score in the morning and then came back in the afternoon to beat
Miami of Ohio by an identical 5-1 count.
Sophomore Ryan Sachire, ranked No. 16 in the country in singles, won a pair of
matches at No. 1 for the Irish while Dan Rothschild, Eric Enloe and Andy Warford
also won two singles matches.
