Notre Dame Defeats Miami, 4-2
NOTRE DAME, Ind. - The University of Notre Dame men's tennis team, ranked
No. 23 in the country, defeated Miami (Fla.) on Sunday afternoon to improve its
record to 5-2 on the season.
Notre Dame got off to a quick start in the match by winning two of three doubles
sets to win the doubles point and then clinched the event by winning three of
the five singles matches completed. Danny Rothschild was a winner at both
singles and doubles for the Irish.
