Courtney Tennis Center Will Feature Four NCAA Practices Open to the Public on Thursday
May 9, 2007 NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Fans and media will be able to get a sneak peak at all four teams participating in the Notre Dame subregional of the NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championship, as the Courtney Tennis Center will play host to a series of open practices on Thursday. The practice schedule is as follows: Wisconsin from 12-2 p.m.; Washington from 1-3 p.m.; Butler from 2:30-4:30 p.m.; Notre Dame from 3-5 p.m. Play begins in the tournament on Friday, as the Irish and Bulldogs will clash in a first-round match at 11 a.m. (ET), with the Huskies-Badgers contest to follow at 2 p.m. The winners will play in Saturday's second round at 3 p.m. Admission to all Thursday practices is free. Single-day tickets to the matches are $5 for adults and $3 for children (16 and under), college students, and senior citizens over 55. To purchase, call 574-631-7356 or see und.com.
