Terri Vitale Hometown: Lakewood Ranch, Fl. Position: Director (2009-'12)

A three-time Monogram winner in Tennis from 1991-1994, Terri Vitale joins the Monogram Club Board of Directors to serve a three-year term from 2009-2012. Graduating Summa-Cum Laude with an MBA from the Mendoza College of Business in 1995, Vitale has gone on to a successful career in advertising and media planning. She is currently the vice-president for Tandem Enterprises which creates dynamic website marketing and merchandising for its clients. Outside of work, Vitale is involved with many charities. Her work with the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research is what she and her family are most passionate about as her father Dick Vitale of ESPN serves on its Board of Directors. Vitale is married to former Notre Dame Lacrosse player Christopher Sforzo M.D. and they have two children Sydney and Ryan.
