Just one week after hosting its inaugural outreach event in Washington D.C., over 80 Irish lacrosse fans, including many former monogram winners and their families, gathered outside of M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore for yet another Monogram Club outreach event, which was held prior to the Notre Dame men's lacrosse game against the Loyola Greyhounds.

The event offered food, friendship and fellowship before Irish lacrosse fans headed into the stadium to cheer on the third ranked Irish to victory, as they defeated 10th ranked Loyola by a score of 11-9 in the Konica Minolta Face-Off Classic.

"This event was a lot of fun and a great way to get together with fellow Monogram winners living in our local community," said Tom Galloway, Monogram Club board member who attended the event.

With Notre Dame Monogram winners living throughout the country, the Monogram Club is continuing to find opportunities to host regional events. The Club's new outreach initiative is intended to help connect the membership to one another as well as to deepen the connection back to Notre Dame.

"With work and family commitments, we realize the difficulty in getting back to campus," said Beth Hunter, executive director of the Monogram Club. "It is our hope that these outreach events will better engage our 7,000 members and create more of a connection with the Monogram Club."
