NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- For the 10th straight year the Monogram Club has issued a $5,000 postgraduate scholarship to one male and one female graduating student-athlete/support staff member and this year's recipients are Alex Kerschner ('18, baseball) and Katie Uhler ('18, soccer).
The announcement was made May 3 during Notre Dame's 17th annual O.S.C.A.R.S. (Outstanding Student-Athletes Celebrating Achievement & Recognition Showcase) gala, which was held inside Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center.

"Kersh first and foremost is a terrific human being. He is a great teammate, he is a great person, and he is in my opinion a great example of everything good about a student-athlete at Notre Dame. He has achieved at an incredibly high level in the classroom and after working hard, being patient, and earning his opportunity, has taken advantage of it in a big way and is having a great senior year.
