In conjunction with the Student Welfare & Development office and the Notre Dame Career Center, the Monogram Club is proud to continue its career mentoring program. The program provides current student-athletes with access to former student-athletes (Monogram winners) who can offer advice and guidance as they prepare for life after college and the careers that come after hanging up their Irish uniform for the final time. Through member-to-member mentoring, the program can also serve to connect Monogram winners that have graduated with their fellow letter winners.

The career mentoring program acts as a means for Monogram winners to serve and support our current student-athletes, and reconnect with the athletics department.

If you are a Monogram winner interested in serving as a career mentor for a current Notre Dame student-athlete, please contact membership coordinator Mike Sullivan ('09) at msulli17@nd.edu or by calling the Monogram Club office at (574) 631-5450.

"Having the opportunity to give back and make a meaningful and significant difference in the lives of our current student-athletes is something in which our members take great pride. Since the mentoring program launched in 2009, the positive impact Club members have made in offering guidance and direction to current student-athletes as they prepare to navigate life after graduation is truly inspiring."

Beth Hunter, Monogram Club Executive Director

"The career mentoring program helps support our purpose of educating the total Notre Dame student-athlete, as well as the greater mission of the Notre Dame athletics department, to empower our students to achieve their absolute best in all of their endeavors. By partnering with the Monogram Club, our student-athletes are provided with tremendous resources to build strong relationships that will prepare them for achieving their professional aspirations after graduation. They are connected with a network of individuals who have an incredible passion for Notre Dame, and in particular, are driven to help their fellow Monogram winners succeed during the transition from college to the workforce."

Mike Harrity, Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Services

"Notre Dame graduates love to help fellow alumni and current students for no other reason than the common bond we all share as graduates from this amazing institution. Monogram winners share an even deeper bond, as they have walked a mile in the shoes of a student-athlete and they understand the challenges faced on a daily basis. These people are often the greatest champions for student-athletes, their biggest advocates, and the most willing to assist with career discernment and networking. Connecting with a Monogram winner provides student-athletes with another set of ears when it comes to career advice. These relationships can lead to a potential job connection, internship guidance, and much more."

- Stephanie Felicetti ('09, softball), Student-Athlete Careers Program Director
