HONORS AND AWARDS

• 2024 All-ACC Academic Team
• 2023 All-ACC Academic Team

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)

• Swam three individual events at the 2024 ACC Championships — 50 free (23.32), 100 free (51.29) and 100 back (55.04). Was also a member of the 200 medley and 200 free relays
• Took sixth place in 100 back (54.69), swam the 50 free (23.51), 100 free (50.94), and competed in the 200 free relay, 400 medley relay, 200 medley relay, and 400 free relay at the Tim Welsh Classic. Posted a best time in the 100 back while leading off the medley relay (54.03)
• Has become one of Notre Dame’s top sprinters this year, notching two relay wins and a fourth place finish in the 100 back (54.83) against Princeton and Navy. Also swam the 50 free (23.87)
• Finished 13th in the 100 back at the Ohio State Fall Invitational with a time of 54.35. Also notched a 24th-place finish in the 100 free (50.86) and a personal best time and 32nd place finish in the 50 free (23.23)
• Swam four events at Louisville — 200 medley relay (placed second), 100 back (56.70 — placed fifth), 50 free (24.11 — placed sixth) and 400 free relay (fourth)
• Finished fifth in the 100 back (55.14), ninth in both the 50 (23.46) and 100 free (50.71) against Pitt and Penn State. Was also on three relays, including a 200 medley A relay that finished second
• Was a triple winner against Purdue, winning the 100 back (55.06), 200 medley relay and 400 free relay. Also took fifth in the 50 free (24.00)
• Swam four events at the opener against Wisconsin — 100 backstroke (fourth — 55.47), 50 freestyle (fifth — 23.91), 200 medley relay (fifth) and 400 freestyle relay (fourth)

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)

• Participated in the 50 free (23.70) and 100 back (54.34) at ACCs
  
• At the Tim Welsh Classic, finished seventh in 100 back (54.95), 14th in 100 back (2:01.38) and 17th in 50 free (23.50)
• Swam in five regular season meets, twice placing fourth in the 100 back (Louisville — 55.51) and Navy/Princeton (54.66)

• Swam for the Chelsea Piers Aquatics Club
• Junior National qualifier
• Won a team sectional championship
• Daughter of Jonita and Pie Geelen; has two siblings, Lara and Live
