SPRING of 2001: Will not compete due to a leg injury.

FALL OF 2000: Opened the season rowing bow in the lightweight eight race at the Chicago Chase ... won the race in a time of 21:18, which would have placed them third in the open race ... rowed bow in the lightweight eight race at the Head of the Rock in which the Irish placed second, trailing only national power Wisconsin ... was in the second seat of the varsity four vessel that was fourth at the Head of the Grand ... rowed in the second seat of the second lightweight four, placing fifth at the Head of the Elk to end the fall season.

AS A JUNIOR: Rowed as a member of the novice squad in her first season of competition ... did not compete in the spring ... took seventh place as a member of the second novice eight “B” squad at the Head of the Elk.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Earned two varsity letters in tennis at Custer County District High School ... named to the academic all-state team her junior and senior seasons ... a member of National Honor Society, Student Council and choir in high school ... participates in Food Share at Notre Dame ... one of three children ... parents are Loretta and Scott Andrews ... born Sept. 24, 1978, in Houston, Texas ... enrolled in the Mendoza College of Business, majoring in publications and graphic services.
