Madison, Wis. - Racing was suspended after four races today after high winds sank a boat today at the Midwest Rowing Championships in Madison, Wis.

Notre Dame did compete in two races with the novice four winning its heat at 7:37.0. Kansas was second in 7:40.20.

The novice eight also won its race today advancing to the grand finals after crossing the line in 6:34.10. Grand Valley was second at 7:00.90.

Racing will continue Sunday with the varsity eight starting the day at 6:30 a.m.
