NORMAN
, Oklahoma -- Led by a top-10 finish from sophomore Emma Albrecht, the Notre Dame women’s golf team shot a final round 281 to move up into a tie for sixth at the University of Oklahoma’s Schooner Fall Classic, which was played at the Belmar Golf Club (par 71/5,939 yards).

Florida State won the event by turning in a 23-under par 829, followed by Alabama (841). On the individual leaderboard, Florida State’s Morgane Metraux (68-67-66-201/-12) took medalist honors.

The tournament was originally slated to be played from Saturday - Monday with one round each day, but with impending weather issues the event was condensed to two days.
